River frontage and room to spread out
The Medina River runs along the edge of our 21 acres, and the RV park is built on the river side of the property. Seventeen sites, all of them riverfront, all of them oversized 40' x 90' slips: seventy feet of parking for the rig plus an extra 20x40 pad behind it for the truck, the boat, the chairs and the grill. Four sets of steps lead down the bank to the water.
Every site has full hookups — water, sewer, and 30 and 50 amp electric — plus its own picnic table, all of it under giant pecan trees. You are one block from Main Street in Bandera, the Cowboy Capital of the World, so the honky-tonks, the rodeos and the restaurants are a walk away, not a drive.

- $150 non-refundable deposit at initiation.

Before you arrive
Park policies
No RV check-ins after dark
Backing a rig into a site in the dark is how equipment and trees get damaged, so we do not take RV check-ins after dark. Late arrivals must be arranged in advance — call (726) 238-8188 before you set out and we will make a plan.

Pets
Pets must be leashed any time they are outside your rig, and you will need to clean up after them. A signed pet waiver is required before arrival, and pets are not allowed in other guests' sites.

Travelling with family who aren't camping? Two of our yurts — Hoot Owl and Mourning Dove — have a 30/50 amp electric hookup right beside them. Electric only at those spots, no water or sewer.
