Photos only go so far. Come walk the 21 acres, stand under the pavilion and see the air-conditioned hall for yourself. Melissa runs our venue tours — send the form below and she'll be in touch to find a time that suits you, evenings and weekends included.
The venue sits on 21 acres along the Medina River in Bandera, Texas. It pairs a covered 40' x 60' pavilion seating up to 150 guests with an enclosed, air-conditioned reception hall holding up to 175 guests indoors (a $1,500 upgrade). Packages start at $3,500, and all nine yurts are included with our Signature package — lodging for up to 40 guests on site.

What a tour covers
Melissa, our venue manager, runs every tour herself. She walks you through the covered pavilion where ceremonies happen, the enclosed, air-conditioned reception hall, the yurts where your guests would stay, and the river frontage and oak grove. Bring your questions about packages, add-ons and your date — she can answer them on the spot.
How long it takes
Plan on about 45 minutes. That's enough time to walk the covered pavilion, the air-conditioned reception hall and the catering kitchen, see the yurts your guests would stay in, and walk down to the river and the oak grove — with time left to ask Melissa whatever you need to ask.

One property, the whole weekend
A wedding here isn't a four-hour rental. Guests check into the yurts on Friday, the rehearsal dinner happens in the enclosed hall or out under the stars, Saturday is the ceremony in the pavilion and dancing under string lights, and Sunday finishes with goodbyes and yurt checkout by 11am. Bring your own caterer, florist, DJ and photographer — we don't lock you into a vendor list.
